Grading / Refund policy

All pins are handmade so there is no such thing as a perfect pin ;-;

Grading Scale

Pin grading:

✨ A-Grades: Tiny flaws only noticeable up close (like dust specks, air bubbles, or faint scratches)

✨ B-Grades: More visible flaws: scratches, nicks, or minor enamel issues, such as some dust particles under enamel. Slight misaligned print

✨ A/B-Grades: A mix of both

✨ C-Grades or Lower: Major flaws: noticeable/large scratches and/or badly filled enamel, noticeable dust particles under enamel, missing/misaligned print

 

Keychain grading:

I only grade the keychain itself, not the metal clasp.
Small scratches, scuffs, or nicks on the metal clasp  won’t affect the grade unless the clasp is broken or unusable.

Preorders Policy
Preorders will always be fulfilled with either an A or B grade pin. So please make sure you're ok with the possibility of getting a B grade in your preorder.  If I run out of pins(ie too many flawed pins) and only have lower grades left, I’ll email you with photos, and you can choose between a partial refund + the lower grade or a full refund. This is will be based on your preorder number.

Refunds & Issues
All sales are final but I’m just one person running this shop (with the occasional help from my family 😅), and mistakes can happen. If you receive the wrong grade, are missing an item, or got a pin with serious flaws, please email me at milabpins@gmail.com or DM me on IG. I’ll always do my best to make it right, whether that’s a refund, partial refund, or replacement.
